Logistics Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Logistics & Trading Purchase Executive to manage dispatch operations, courier/vendor coordination, kit assembling, and trading purchases . The role focuses on ensuring smooth domestic and export logistics, timely deliveries, cost optimization, and efficient inventory management while supporting continuous improvements in the FGS team.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Dispatch

• Coordinate daily domestic and export dispatches .
• Monitor shipment movements, handle courier-related complaints, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Reconcile courier invoices and maintain courier price comparison reports.
• Ensure all dispatched pick orders are scanned, tracked, and documented properly.
• Coordinate with related departments and conduct regular meetings for process improvements.
• Evaluate and onboard new courier partners and suppliers.

Kit & Trading Purchase

• Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for trading purchases across divisions.
• Follow up with vendors for product supply and stocking process.
• Maintain Non-Auro products & equipment stock as per requirements.
• Coordinate kit assembling and packing processes to meet committed timelines.
• Purchase raw materials (RM) required for kit assembling.

Accountability & Cost Control

• Align logistics and purchase planning with sales targets .
• Ensure timely procurement of non-Auro pharma/wholesale products to support sales.
• Reduce courier costs while maintaining quality service levels.
• Monitor inventory, reconcile courier invoices, and avoid stock accumulation/shortage.
• Drive cost savings in trading purchases and courier operations.

Team Development & Process Improvements

• Train and guide FGS staff in logistics, dispatch, and kit assembling processes.
• Conduct sessions on safety, process responsibility, and customer requirements.
• Motivate teams to enhance knowledge, skills, and ownership of tasks.
• Encourage new ideas and continuous improvements in workflow.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years in Logistics, Dispatch, Trading Purchase, or Warehouse operations.

• Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch, inventory management, courier/vendor coordination, and kit assembling .
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate teams effectively.
