About Your Team

This role reports to the Logistics Coordinator and works closely with site operations, HSE, and support teams. The logistics department ensures daily activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in coordination with project demands.

Your Role

As a Foreman – Logistics, you will:

• Supervise labor and ensure safe, efficient use of tools, equipment, and PPE
• Interpret drawings and support Chargehands and Junior Foremen
• Plan daily activities and ensure timely availability of materials and resources
• Monitor site productivity and implement improvement measures
• Conduct quality checks and ensure corrective actions are taken
• Coordinate confined space and hazardous material activities safely
• Maintain site records and enforce ALEC's safety and environmental standards
• Motivate your team and encourage collaboration and development

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Chargehand in construction
• Certified First Aider
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
