Job Description

1. Logistics & Distribution Management

  • Oversee and manage daily logistics operations for VisMin branches, including dispatch, routing, shipment scheduling, and delivery monitoring.

  • Ensure stocks are delivered on time, in full, and in good condition to support branch sales requirements.

  • Establish and enforce logistics SOPs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety across all distribution activities.

  • Coordinate closely with Production, Sales, and Supply Chain to align dispatch plans with demand forecasts and stock availability.

2. Warehousing Operations & Capability Building

  • Lead continuous improvement programs for warehouse teams, including training in proper stock handling, FIFO/FEFO, safety protocols, and accurate documentation.
