Overview

The role serves as a strategic partner and operational lead, responsible for aligning talent strategy with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and overseeing daily office operations. The position requires a proactive professional with strong human resources and administrative capabilities who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage .

NOTE : Some HR functionalities will not be your responsibility as you're going to act as a partner with your HR Manager/Department; your assignment is to be the site partner/head managing 25 employees only.
