Summary
The Key Account Representative is responsible for managing and growing assigned customer accounts by delivering reliable service, building strong relationships, and developing a deep understanding of their customers’ freight needs. You’ll be the daily point of contact for your accounts, working with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, timely execution, and quick problem resolution. As you gain experience, you'll develop account‑specific knowledge and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
This role is a key part of Q-Line’s customer success strategy and a strong foundation for future advancement in account leadership.
