This position is located in Monterrey, Mexico and offers a hybrid work schedule.
**R**esponsibilities**:
- Ensure all arrangements are made for the execution of shipments through your area of responsibility
- Assist in the facilitation of cross training within assigned team while serving as a resource for peers
- Lead calls, meetings, and internal systems trainings with customers, carriers, and vendors
- Collaborate with internal service teams to meet team and customer goals
- Navigate complex exceptions and leading problem-solving initiatives to enhance processes and prevent future occurrences
- Utilize analytical methodologies to anticipate and resolve issues proactively
