Your Job

As a Logistics Leader, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of all matters related to material flow to and from the plant, as well as warehouse management in the areas of storage and production.

Our Team

You will join the logistics team, collaborating with production, HR, purchasing and production planning, quality, and process improvement teams. The position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and supervises the Shift Warehouse Leader, Transport Specialist, Customs Specialist, and Material Flow Specialist.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure optimal (minimized) logistics costs related to warehousing, transport, and customs handling
  • Coordinate material flows supporting the company's strategic goals
  • Create and manage processes and standards in warehouse, transport, customs, and material flow areas
  • Plan development paths for subordinate employees
  • Resolve conflicts in supervised areas
  • Hire, train, and dismiss employees in subordinate teams
  • Support business social responsibility initiatives and pro-environmental attitudes
  • Comply with health, safety, fire, quality, and environmental regulations

    • Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Higher education (secondary logistics education compensated by experience)
  • English language skills enabling free communication
  • Experience in supply chain in a company with a large material assortment
  • Knowledge of SAP (Distribution and Warehousing panel, Sales and Distribution SD panel) and Microsoft Office

  • Higher education with specialization in logistics or business management
  • Certificate of completion of warehouse management training
  • Certificate of completion of Lean training
  • Experience in a managerial position
  • Knowledge of Power BI, ADP (work time accounting)
