- Deploy standards across processes, procedures, routines, systems and KPIs to ensure optimum performance and proactive management of the company´s Supply Chain in line with the Company´s Supply Chain Vision
- Liaise with Sales, Finance, Project/Product Management, Purchasing, Industrial Area, IT and other relevant stakeholders concerning the different points of management of the Supply Chain
- Deploy relevant KPIs to measure and secure the company´s Supply Chain performance so they are monitored actively by the different levels of the organization
- Deploy the Operative Planning Concept
- Ensure the Supply Chain strategy is carried out and deployed efficiently across all production sites
