Job Description
Purpose: Provides logistical support and research on all maintenance related issues. Administrator for Signal operational reporting groups.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Plans, coordinates, conducts, leads, and participates in briefings, problem solving meetings, and Brigade level discussions.
Produces maintenance reports based on data compiled, tabulated, and computed, following prescribed formats.
Maintains files of documents used and prepared, compiling detailed Power Point slants and Excel spreadsheets.
Performs maintenance scheduling to include production schedules for scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance.
Prepares, develops and coordinating reports for the Operations Manager or assigned Logistics Management Analyst to meet all program objectives.
