Role Context:
This role is positioned as a critical leadership anchor within the SCM–Logistics function, working closely with the overall SCM leadership to drive operational excellence, resilience, and scale. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in shaping logistics strategy while ensuring flawless execution, particularly across high-volume road and rail movements in a manufacturing environment.
The position requires a professional who combines strategic depth with hands-on operational command, and who can seamlessly step in to lead complex logistics operations when required.
Candidate Requirements
Education
- B.Tech / B.E. (Mandatory)
- Post-Graduate qualification in Supply Chain Management (MBA / PGDM / equivalent – Mandatory)
Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics within the manufacturing sector.
