Logistics Manager

Position Overview:

As a Logistics & Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day shipment operations and supporting warehouse efficiency. This role involves coordinating with courier and 3PL partners, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely deliveries that uphold GripIt’s customer-first promise.

• Coordinate with courier partners and manage 3PL operations to optimize costs and performance.
• Develop and track shipment schedules to align with customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate shipment and warehouse records.
• Address shipment errors quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline logistics processes.
• Prepare and validate data for courier invoices and performance metrics.

Experience & Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
• Proven experience in 3PL management and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
