Job Description Manage inbound and outbound logistics — imports, domestic dispatches, and warehouse operations. Coordinate with sourcing, 3PLs, CHAs, and transport partners for timely execution. Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, and GST regulations. Track shipments, lead times, and performance metrics through ERP and dashboards. Optimize logistics cost structures and improve operational efficiency. Drive accuracy in documentation, landed cost tracking, and reconciliation with finance. Support warehouse inventory flow and conduct periodic stock audits. 7–10 years of experience in logistics/supply chain (footwear, apparel, or FMCG preferred). Strong knowledge of import/export processes, customs documentation, and freight management. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/ERPNext preferred) and Excel. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external partners. Graduate in supply chain, commerce, or business; MBA preferred. Strong ownership and accountability for timelines and accuracy. Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills. Ability to work calmly under pressure and solve problems with agility. Clear, respectful, and proactive communication.
