Role Summary
The Manager – Logistics is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations including Last last-mile delivery, and RTO management. The role ensures fast, accurate, and cost-effective order delivery while meeting delivery SLAs and enhancing customer experience.

The Manager – Logistics is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations including Last last-mile delivery, and RTO management. The role ensures fast, accurate, and cost-effective order delivery while meeting delivery SLAs and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Last-Mile Delivery & Shipment Management
- Coordinate with courier partners to ensure fast and reliable deliveries.
- Monitor critical delivery KPIs: OTIF, NDR %, RTO %, delivery TAT, delivery success rate.
- Manage courier allocation, service mapping, and cost optimization.
- Track and resolve NDR issues to reduce failed delivery attempts.
- Support integration and performance improvements with courier platforms.
- Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with courier companies, and transport vendors.
