About the role
The Logistics Manager isaccountable for leading and developing the warehouse organization and all
logistics operations across both internal and external warehouses. This
includes optimizing logistics processes and flows, managing key partnerships,
and contributing to commercial agreements and negotiations. The role ensures
full compliance, high efficiency, and a strong focus on continuous improvement
in alignment with the strategy for Site Karlshamn. In this position, you will
drive the development of the warehouse organization and logistics function to
support operational excellence. You will manage internal and external logistics
partners to maximize service efficiency and reliability. Additionally, you will
lead and develop the Warehouse department as well as the team of Logistics
Coordinators to ensure strong performance, capability building, and a culture
of improvement.
