JOB DESCRIPTION: LOGISTICS MANAGER – FUEL HAULAGE FOR NAPOCOR SITES

POSITION OVERVIEW

Oversees end-to-end logistics operations for fuel transport to Napocor sites, covering drumming, transfer via motor banca, truck haulage, and resource procurement for all transportation and handling assets. Ensures safe, compliant, and timely delivery of fuels while optimizing costs and resources.

Responsibilities

  1. 1. Resource Research & Procurement

    • Identify, research, and evaluate qualified providers for motor bancas, fuel drums, trucking services, and alternative transportation means (e.g., barges, specialized vehicles)

    • Conduct background checks, verify licenses, safety certifications, and insurance coverage of all service providers

    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) to secure cost-effective and reliable resources
