Job Responsibilities

• Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking of transportation vehicles
• Plan, organize, and manage subordinate members to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company's standards
• Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs
• Proactively identify opportunities, implement cost‑efficient measures and continuous improvement within the day‑to‑day operational activities, and engage with the internal customers for feedback on opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
• Analyze transportation costs and the delivery process
• Provide active assistance to meet schedules and resolve complex issues
• Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints
