We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations leader to oversee the overall management of our subsidiaries/distribution centers. Responsible for formulating operational standards, optimizing resource allocation, and driving cost control. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and on-site execution, leading large teams to ensure efficient warehousing, distribution, and cold chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & System Construction
- Operational Strategy: Formulate and implement medium- to long-term development plans and annual work plans aligned with company goals.
- System Optimization: Build and refine operation management systems and standardized workflows (SOPs). Lead management and technological innovation to streamline processes.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate internal and external logistics resources to optimize allocation and efficiency.
