Roles & Responsibilities
Packaging of items and books and co ordinate with delivery partners online for shipments
Bookshelves
Update dispatch details to customers on CRM in a timely fashion while adhering to guidelines
Be willing to take responsibilities and coordinate with team members
What You'll Need to succeed in this role
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Word/Excel knowledge is a plus
Promptness, Responsive, Dedication, Sincerity are imperative and highly regarded.
Fluency in English, Telugu required and in Hindi is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Great multitasking skills
