Logistics Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in unloading and checking incoming deliveries (dry, chilled, frozen)
• Verify product quantity and basic condition against PO and invoice
• Ensure proper segregation (e.g., Halal vs non-Halal, ambient vs chilled)
• Support in conducting visual checks for packaging damage or expiry date issues
• Perform basic temperature checks on chilled and frozen items
• Maintain records for daily receiving and inspection
• Ensure accurate data entry into receiving logs or SAP system
• Maintain cleanliness at the receiving bay
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• Comply with SOPs for Halal handling and segregation
• Adhoc jobs assigned by supervisor or manager

Requirements:

• Valid forklift license will be an advantage.
• Basic Microsoft skills will be an advantage.
