Logistics Operations Coordinator

As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of making unforgettable events happen. From coordinating transportation and managing inventory flow to supporting warehouse operations, you’ll help ensure event orders are delivered, set up, and removed smoothly, safely, and right on schedule.


In this role, you’ll take the lead in organizing the day-to-day logistics behind our events—assigning crews, coordinating equipment, and keeping everything moving efficiently. You’ll work closely with Operations Managers to stay ahead of scheduling needs, upcoming event demands, and staffing requirements. You’ll also support our fleet and drivers to ensure every delivery is safe, timely, and seamless.
