Logistics Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Execute import and export shipments for FCL, LCL, and airfreight to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Manage shipment documentation to comply with regulatory and company standards
• Communicate effectively with overseas agents and shipping lines to coordinate booking and shipment details
• Follow and enforce safety policies to maintain a safe working environment
• Monitor shipment schedules and adjust plans to meet tight deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth logistics operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in freight or logistics operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to prepare and manage shipment documents
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills
