We are looking for a results-driven Logistics Coordinator to support our customer base and ensure best-in-class service execution during critical operational hours. This is a customer-facing, operations-heavy role requiring strong judgment, autonomy, and real-world trucking experience.

This position goes beyond traditional customer service — it plays a key role in load execution, operational problem-solving, and service recovery especially during low-coverage hours.

• Serve as the front-line point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Review, accept and decline loads based on operational feasibility
• Enter accepted loads schedule pick-up delivery appointments across systems
