Logistics Operations Support (Mandarin Speaker)

Overview

We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator (Mandarin Speaker) for one of the largest multinational company based in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur . This role supports logistics and supply chain operations through administrative coordination, data management and process execution, with regular interaction with internal teams, customers and external vendors. Support is provided via email, phone and chat .

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday to Friday

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, chat and email during working hours
• Ensure accurate routing, follow-up and resolution of enquiries
