Logistics Outbound Supervisor
Overall Objectives
Lead and manage inbound logistics operations to ensure the accurate, timely, and cost-efficient receipt, inspection, and put-away of HVAC and NHVAC home appliance inventories.
Maintain high inventory integrity and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance through effective coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehousing teams, and internal stakeholders.
Drive process compliance, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation to support reliable distribution and customer fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Planning & Coordination
Plan and schedule outbound shipments in alignment with purchase orders, delivery windows, and warehouse capacity.
Coordinate closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers for on-time arrival and clearance.
