Summer Job – Logistics Planner

Taminco Finland Oy is a subsidiary of Eastman Chemical Company based in Oulu, Finland. The Oulu site was established in 1952 and Eastman acquired it in 2014 from Kemira plc. The key products produced are formic acid & derivates and formamide. The products are found in various applications in industries such as food, leather, rubber, textile, chemical additives, pharma and in plastic and silage additives. 

We have a temporary full-time vacancy for Logistics planner summertime substitution in our Delivery Office in Oulu. Starting at the end of May.  

Role Purpose

Main responsible for planning activities for shipping volumes of our products by marine and rail and road mode to ensure end-to-end shipments to the customers. As logistics planner you take day-to-day care of shipment bookings, arranging transport and coordinating with forwarders/carries.
