Responsible for the management of vendors and general services that support the operations of Telemundo Mexico bureau and various NBCUniversal business units. This includes overseeing a diverse range of suppliers—such as transportation, makeup, locations, camera crews, correspondents, among others—ensuring proper contracting, compliance with corporate policies, and timely payment processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the search, evaluation, registration, and management for the portfolio of suppliers and freelancers (Transportation Services, Makeup, Locations, Cameramen, Correspondents, etc.), ensuring the alignment with the company’s quality and service standards.
  • Manages corporate purchasing processes and performs the verification of associated expenses, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Preparation of purchase orders and timely follow-up until payment confirmation.
  • Supervises cleaning, maintenance, and courier services of the different business units, including on-site assistance at various locations when required, as well as support at different sites.
  • Manages the operational control of the vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with maintenance, verifications, and legal obligations to guarantee their availability and optimal use.
  • Administration of the parking spaces at the Reforma 115 building and courtesy parking, based on the usage policy and the spaces assigned by the lease agreement. Communicates and enforces the usage regulations established by the building management to prevent any violations or misuse by NBCUniversal employees. If such cases occur, shares the details of the report with Human Resources for appropriate action.
  • Acts as the main contact with the building administration, ensuring that all general and joint maintenance services or those of the company are carried out according to the service plan.
  • Coordination of service providers for the coverage of events for the different business areas, corporate staff, and talent.
  • Coordinates transportation services for visits to the TLMD Center or Talent as requested, ensuring their safety and timely access to the bureau’s facilities.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in administrative area or equivalent work experience
  • 2- 3 years performing duties in a similar role, preferably in corporate environments
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Proactive profile with skills to identify effective solutions in unforeseen situations
  • Strong customer service orientation, especially in high-demand or time-critical contexts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Intermediate level of English
