Invenco by GVR is a global leader in integrated payment, point-of-sale, and forecourt automation solutions tailored for the convenience retail industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Work as the Logistics & Sales Support, you’ll handle full process repair order processing for payment terminals, coordinate cross-team workflows for timely turnarounds and great customer service, and support MY office admin & HR confidential operational tasks.

To break it down, your responsibilities will include:
Repair Order Management
• Receive and validate repair requests from customers or internal departments.
• Create and maintain repair orders in the ERP/CRM system (e.g., Syspro, Salesforce, or equivalent)
• Create PI ( Performa Invoice) in customer portal.
• Assign and track repair jobs to technicians based on service type, warranty status, and priority.
• Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion within agreed SLA.
