**Job Description**:
**What you will do**:
**Coordinate all national and international carriers to ensure pickups and deliveries to our final customers on time. Also, will be in direct communication with OTM planners, to ensure correct assignation and follow up on daily OB shipments.**:
**Communication with all plant departments will be key, to ensure correct movements execution.**:
**How you will do it**:
- ** Track and trace National / International (IB, OB) shipments**:
- **Assignment of trips to driver of interplant circuit.**:
- ** Timely follow-up on urgent shipments.**:
- ** Keeping records of domestic operations and extra expenses.**:
- ** Optimization of trips in circuit units.**:
- ** Directly communication with carriers and drivers.**:
- ** KPI’s (Shipping report and crossing times / local movements).**:
- ** Ensure daily information of IB / OB / National shipments, it’s provided on time (10 AM) to start the process.**:
