APM Terminals

Customer Experience includes roles that provide services to customers once they are onboarded in the Maersk environment. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):


- Coordinating with global Suppliers, Freight Forwarders and custom clearance team to en sure timely Cargo readiness, shipment execution and regulatory compliance

- Proficient in SAP ERP S/4 HANA for handling Pre-alerts, Shipment entries in SAP.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor import shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.

- Manage end-to-end import documentation including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.

- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to stakeholders including JCB India management.

- Implement risk mitigation strategies for high-value shipments and time-sensitive cargo
