Position: Logistics Solution Delivery Manager Job Description: What You'll Be Doing: Responsible for driving strategic direction of functions in Logistics and Manufacturing in the areas of IT services, system health, performance metrics and IT project management. Oversees the implementation of technical and functional solutions for Arrow's global warehouses and manufacturing centers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and ensuring that solutions meet client requirements. Planning, executing, and monitoring projects, managing resources, and ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle. Identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget. Manage staffs to include hiring, performance management, salary administration, career development, motivation, and team building.
