**SUMMARY**
The Logistics Specialist - Data Entry / Track & Trace is responsible for supporting the Import/Export operations team through accurate and timely data entry, cargo tracking, and coordination of logistics information across domestic and international shipments. This role plays a key part in maintaining service excellence, ensuring data integrity, and driving continuous improvement within logistics processes.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide administrative and data entry support for domestic, ocean, and air cargo operations.
- Accurately enter logistics information and shipment documentation into CargoWise.
- Track and validate shipment milestones, including departures, arrivals, and deliveries, ensuring information accuracy with carriers and partners.
- Update systems using pre-alerts, arrival notices, and other shipment documentation.
- Coordinate ISF (Importer Security Filing) submissions with Customs for assigned accounts.
