**Logistics Specialist**
This position is responsible for the follow-up, organization and fulfillment of shipments clients and sister plants, he/she must ensure, and coordinate pick up, customs clearance process and delivery of shipments throughout the process, maintaining a level of quality and service for meet delivery metric 100%.
**What You Will Do **in** Your Role**
- Coordinate import and export daily shipments with 3PL & Parcels (air, ocean, land)
- Maintain clear and timely communication with Carrier and custom broker.
- Provide status of shipments in transit to users and keep information updated as requested
- Audit and keep the shipment records in a timely manner
- Generate clear and timely information line with Customer Service, Purchasing and or Planning.
- Communicate the status with the Area Manager and department team
