JD: Roles and responsibilities
- As a Logistics Coordinator at Viasat, Associate will coordinate and route the flow of material between warehouse and distribution partners in North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Associate will review Customer POs and check inventory availability .
- Associate will perform inventory checks at various warehouses and communicate order management team to process sales orders
- Send shipment instructions to warehouse as per the sales orders received
- Associate will create travelers, and maintain records of material flow.
- Preparing processes and status reports , assigning and monitoring documents/databases, and reviewing documents/databases for accuracy and completeness.
- Associate will be responsible for incoming and outgoing material flows
