JD: Roles and responsibilities

• As a Logistics Coordinator at Viasat, Associate will coordinate and route the flow of material between warehouse and distribution partners in North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Associate will review Customer POs and check inventory availability.
• Associate will perform inventory checks at various warehouses and communicate order management team to process sales orders
• Send shipment instructions to warehouse as per the sales orders received
• Associate will create travelers, and maintain records of material flow.
• Preparing processes and status reports, assigning and monitoring documents/databases, and reviewing documents/databases for accuracy and completeness.
• Associate will be responsible for incoming and outgoing material flows primarily supporting engineering activities.
