The Logistics Specialist is a vital member of the logistics team, responsible for supporting the coordination and execution of various tasks related to the distribution and transportation of publications from Summit Books. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and ensuring efficient logistics operations.

Responsibilities

Order Processing

• Assist in processing and managing orders for publications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with suppliers, publishers, and internal teams to confirm order details.

Inventory Management

• Support the maintenance of accurate inventory records for publications.
• Conduct routine stock checks and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
