Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations
• Oversee procurement of raw materials, packaging, and services as per business needs
• Identify, onboard, and manage vendors; negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs
• Ensure timely inbound and outbound movement of goods
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams for smooth operations
• Track logistics costs and implement cost-optimization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards
• Resolve vendor, delivery, and supply-related issues proactively
• Maintain MIS reports on procurement, logistics, and vendor performance
