Job Description

  • Manages the overall Logistics activities, ensuring efficient and timely delivery
  • Attends to customer concern pertaining to delivery;
  • Prepares delivery documents such as Sales lnvoice. Delivery Receipts, PEZA Forms, BOC Forms, etc;
  • Coordinating and supervising logistics staff, including scheduling and workload management.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service.
  • Monitoring stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Analyze inventory reports to identify slow-moving, fast-moving, or obsolete stock
  • Identifying and resolving issues related to deliveries, inventory, or other logistics processes
  • Maintaining effective communication with carriers, internal and external customers
  • Communicate with purchasing, and sales teams to forecast stock needs
