Description To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Supervisor to drive both innovation and execution in our busy Transportation network.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall, daily management of operational duties and deputize for the Operations Manager when required.
• Prioritize and continually improve safety at the delivery station; supervise logistics assistants, coordinators and delivery associates to ensure shipments meet and exceed defined KPIs.
• Monitor coordinator and associate performance, coach when needed, and partner with supporting departments to improve logistics processes and operations; communicate with delivery service providers to set expectations and raise quality of deliverables.
