Logistic Supervisor

Senior Executive, Logistics responsible for end-to-end 3PL operations performance monitoring, claims management, and billing/invoice validation and payment governance. The role ensures accurate parcel visibility and system status integrity, drives timely resolution of operational exceptions and claim incidents, and delivers cost control through strong invoice/claims processes and KPI management. Partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify trends, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and support cross‑functional logistics projects that improve service performance and deliver savings.
