Logistics Supervisor Sr

1. Leadership Skills

• Focused on HC management, able to supervise and motivate his/her team
• Strong skills for performance management and coaching his/her collaborators
• Able to manage conflict resolution and de-escalation
• Strong focus on resource optimization across different tasks

2. Logistics & Warehouse Operations

• Inbound/outbound shipping coordination
• Strong understanding in Goods Receiving, Cycle Count, Storage & Shipping processes
• Knowledge of SAP DN processing and shipping modules
• Inventory management skills
• Familiarity with freight carriers and shipping platforms (FTL, LTL, FCL, LCL, etc.)
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
• Knowledge of IMMEX, OEA, CTPAT certifications

3. Process Optimization & Automation

• Experience identifying and automating manual processes
• Familiarity with logistics automation tools (e.g., barcode scanners, WMS, TMS)
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge (a plus)
• ERP system experience (Oracle, SAP, etc.)

4. Communication & Reporting

• Strong written and verbal communication
• English Language skills (written & verbal)
• Clear reporting to upper management
• Ability to coordinate across departments (Production, Quality, Procurement, etc.)

5. Technical & Digital Aptitude

• Comfortable using logistics software, dashboards, and automation tools
• Intermediate to advanced Excel (or data handling tools)
