Job Description
Purpose of Position
Monitor and manage relevant workflow to ensure all service provisions for customers (Owner catering and ground transport) and crew members (crew food and stock requests) are accurately and timely coordinated in compliance with Company procedures, Owner's requests/preferences and third-party vendors' deadlines, through assistance to Owner Services, thereby guaranteeing the customer is provided with the highest quality service. Assist with any system related issues (IJET/ETM). Place, change and confirm crew food orders.
Tasks And Responsibilities
Catering and Owner Ground Transport
Manage Catering and Owner Ground Transport feedback through all methods received (Owner feedback, crew reports, OS teams, Tactical and Flight Specific Survey), not limited to Case Managements, with the appropriate follow up and communicate this follow up to relevant parties as necessary;
