Job Description
+ Handle domestic & export shipments, including packaging, dispatch documentation, and logistics coordination.
+ Coordinate with purchase, suppliers, and cross-functional teams for material returns, , and rework/job work activities.
+ Coordinate with Freight forwarders, CHA for the shipment movement and clearance on timely basis
+ Submission of post shipment documents & invoices to finance, taxation on monthly basis, keeping email & MIS record of it
+ Ensuring GRN of Inward material, quantity Verification, storage & issuing of material
+ Get the Shipment packaged for Local dispatches & exports as per packaging standards defined.
+ Providing support to internal and external customers includes logistics arrangement, shipment tracking, proof of delivery, damages, and other traffic related needs
+ Coordinate and support with packaging supplies. Determine dimensions, weight, cost, and inventory of packaging materials.
