As a Logistics Improvement Employee, you operate at
the intersection of logistics, analysis, and process optimization.
You start each shift by reviewing issues from the previous shift
and ensure smooth operational execution while actively contributing
to improvements.

Your role consists of
approximately 40% logistics activities and 60% analysis,
improvements, and optimization.


Responsibilities


  • Review and follow up on issues from the
    previous shift
  • Perform daily wafer
    measurements according to internal and external
    specifications
  • Analyze measurement data using
    specialized software and assess compliance with customer
    requirements
  • Measure exposed wafer structures
    for scanner calibration and qualification using metrology equipment
    (e.g., electron microscopes, scatterometers)
