We invite applications for a long-term litigation internship from motivated law students who are genuinely interested in gaining practical exposure to court practice and litigation work. Nature of Work Interns will receive hands-on training and exposure in: Legal research and case law analysis Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, and legal notices Court visits and assistance during hearings File management and case preparation Understanding procedural laws and litigation strategy This internship is strictly for candidates seeking practical learning in litigation. KEY REQUIREMENTS Experience & Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on litigation experience Proven track record in District Courts, High Court, and Consumer Forums in Chandigarh Tricity Thorough knowledge of court procedures and protocols at District and High Court levels Ability to handle cases independently, from filing to final arguments Skills & Competencies: Strong case management and legal research capabilities Excellent drafting and oral advocacy skills Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines Professional demeanor and strong client interaction skills Proactive approach to case handling and problem-solving
