Hi,
I'm a Realtor in Halifax, Canada, launching a YouTube channel focused on new construction home tours. I'll be posting 2–3 videos per week and am looking for a reliable editor to grow with long-term.
The editing style is clean and simple — not cinematic or complex. The format will be the same for every video.
What You'll Be Editing
For each property:
1 long-form YouTube video (14–16 minutes)
Clean cuts and smooth pacing
Upbeat background music (no lyrics)
Simple pop-up graphics (subscribe, Instagram handle, phone number)
Occasional map or floor plan overlay
1–2 vertical clips (30–60 seconds) for Reels/Shorts
Footage will be organized and batched to make workflow efficient.
Turnaround
24–48 hours per batch (2–3 videos at a time)
Paid Test Project
To confirm fit and skills, I will provide one paid trial video. You will receive:
Raw footage for 1 property
Instructions for music, graphics, and pacing
This test is fully paid at $15–$2...
