The Longevity Specialist serves as the first point of contact for advisors seeking longevity related guidance. The role ensures seamless, compliant navigation across the 4 pillars of wellness—physical, cognitive, social and financial. Acting as an information and co‑ordination hub, the Specialist enhances advisor productivity, improves client experience, and enables early identification of ageing related risks and opportunities. This role ensures that every client/advisor receives the right support, at the right time through a structured and seamless process.

Responsibilities

• Leads structured intake conversations using an approved longevity needs assessment.
• Identifies advisor/client needs related to independence, mobility, caregiver stress, cognitive changes, home safety, social connection, and lifestyle transitions.
