Senior SAP Basis Specialist

Madrid Hibrid| Up to 20% travel (mainly within Europe) | Fluent English required

At Shakers we are looking for an experienced SAP professional to lead system performance optimization, support cloud migration, and ensure a scalable, high-performing SAP landscape for a leading global hotel group.

Key requirements:

  • 10+ years SAP Basis experience (NetWeaver, S/4HANA)
  • Strong ABAP skills (app & DB layers), performance tuning, and SAP security
  • 5+ years of international experience
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture & SAP infrastructure

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SAP Fiori, BTP/CPI, scripting (Python, Go…)
  • Background in the hospitality industry
