- The ‘Luxury Only‘ Barrier: Traditional 3D rendering is expensive (₹5k–₹15k/view) and slow (3-5 days) and is reserved for high-ticket clients, leaving ‘low-ticket‘ homeowners and small projects without design clarity. Meanwhile, generic AI tools ‘hallucinate‘ layouts, making them useless for actual design.
- The Physical Cost: Developers spend crores on physical ‘Sample Flats‘ that are static and expensive to dismantle.
- The Conversion Gap: Empty, cold shells of apartments are hard to sell. Brokers struggle to help buyers ‘see‘ a home’s potential.
