Business area Dynamics is growing and there is an increasing need for technical advanced weaponry and autonomous vehicles. ILS engineering & Technical training is required as a step in commissioning and integration of our products. As a ILS & Training engineer you will work within the IPS (Integrated Product Support) organization of Saab Dynamics.

Your role

The ILS & Training engineer will be responsible for the development, implementation, and stabilization of training programs to support competence development within the customer’s organization. This includes overall ownership of all aspects of training strategy, including stakeholder management, curriculum design, measurement strategy, and program design for the programs you support.

The Engineering part comprises several PLCM (Product Life Cycle Management) aspects such as monitoring quality and performance, and providing feedback to R&D for continuous improvements.
