Looking for after-school babysitting for 8-year-old

Hi, I need a reliable and caring person to look after my 8-year-old child after school on weekdays. The job would involve picking them up from school, helping with homework, and preparing a light snack. Ideally, someone with experience in childcare and a friendly, patient attitude. The schedule is Monday to Friday, and I would prefer someone who can start around 3:30 PM.
